Step 1 - Defining the Transformation Setup

Define the tracking parameters used for the 3D transformation.  Currently only the Max Residual can be defined.  The residual is a measure of the accuracy of the 3D data.  A lower value indicates less error, i.e. more accurate data.   By setting this to a lower value, you can cut out "bad" 3D data.
