WINDOW.GetTitle

strTitle = WINDOW.GetTitle( hWindow    AS HANDLE,

                          [bTrimTitle AS INTEGER=TRUE] ) AS STRING

Returns the title of the window.  The title is trimmed from the window counter as well as the active control unless bTrimTitle is set to FALSE
