Notes

You will probably be using the NOTES function a lot.  Go to the hand icon with the pointer.  It has little black dots under the hand.  Click on it.  There are various ways to utilize the Notes function.  First, if you want to have a line leading from your point of interest to the Note box.  Click once at the point of interest and once where you want the Note box to be located.   Type your note in the box and press Enter.  You may have to resize the box by dragging the corner(s) with your mouse.  Try it.  Remember, if you want to change the background color for the note box, go to: Tools, Options, Notes, Color and select a Background color.  If you wish to delete or make changes to this box, right click inside the box.  Your options are Delete Notes, Edit Notes, Copy Notes To All Frames.
