Saving the Data

Save your file as a MaxTRAQ File.  This is extremely important.  To do this, you go to File and Save As.  Select under Save as type: MaxTRAQ File (*.maq).  Then enter your file name and press Save.  Once you have saved your analysis file as a  MaxTRAQfile, you can easily re-open it to do additional analysis in MaxTRAQ.  You MUST follow this procedure.
