Export to MaxMATE
To export the data to use with MaxMATE follow these steps:
Ø
Select Save As from the File menu.
Ø
Select MaxTRAQ ASCII File as File type.
Ø
Click on the Options button.
Ø
Select MaxMATE Format
Ø
Click OK and then enter the file name.
